Karen See is an HR leader with over 13 years of experience driving HR transformation, people analytics, and project management across technology, start-ups, insurance, academia, and government sectors in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region.


She has led regional teams in workforce planning, people analytics, and HR operations, managed M&A integrations, and implemented systems such as Workday.
