Before joining Klaviyo in 2021, Preeti has worked for a diverse range of organizations, including Glassdoor, Bosch and Ford Motor Company. Her unique background combines analytics, technology, and process optimization to bridge the gap between employees' voices and metrics, driving initiatives that have true impact. Most notably, Preeti has led hundreds of HR business partners through people analytics adoption and was able to identify over 5 million dollars in cost savings. Passionate about people analytics and its possibilities, Preeti strives to build a culture that seamlessly integrates people data and employees’ voices, enabling her to tell remarkable stories. Preeti holds a Masters in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University. She is currently pursuing her Executive MBA from Wharton.

Milana Targan is the Global Head of People Analytics at TransUnion, where her team is re-invigorating the function through talent and technology. She has an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and has worked in a wide range of industries, including consulting, public sector, tech, retail, and non-profit, all of which had similar needs and aspirations for making data-driven decisions. While people analytics is where she’s found her stride, Milana is most passionate about employee listening and studying the somewhat unpredictable nature of human behavior.
Neal Meister is the Director of People Data Solutions at eBay and leads a team of data engineers and analysts. He has a decade of experience as a Visier customer: co-innovating new topics and features, onboarding data, and deploying the platform to multiple global enterprises. Earlier this year, Neal became a Visier Certified Developer and enjoys customizing the solution to meet the needs of business partners and people leaders seeking fresh insights from their data. Neal received a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Montana State University.

He’s passionate about empowering businesses with people-centered technology, data and insights.
Scott previously led People Analytics at Facebook, transforming it from a six person team of researchers to a strategic function of 50+ advisors, data scientists, data visualizers, and HR experts. Before Facebook, Scott created and led Yahoo’s People Analytics function, was a People Operations manager at Google, and a Strategy & Operations consultant at Deloitte. Scott earned an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Stanford University with an MA in social psychology and undergraduate degrees in psychology and economics.
He spends most of his personal time trying to keep up with his two-year old son.

Adam Binnie’s passion is creating new products for customers that leverage analytics to transform how they do business. Adam is an analytics software veteran with more than twenty years experience, and has created wholly new analytics software and solutions for organization like SAP, Business Objects, and Crystal Decisions. His experience ranges from leading development, to developing alliances, to general management. Most recently Adam was Senior Vice President of Development for the “Internet of Things” at SAP. Prior to that he was General Manager for Business Intelligence at SAP
Carla is a former HR executive with 20+ years of Fortune 250 experience optimizing organizational effectiveness. Carla has a passion for improving how work gets done by integrating analytics into business processes. Her work has led to elevating HR capability by creating a more impactful experience across the employee lifecycle. Her success in building HR capability includes leveraging analytics to inform decisions on policies, practices and processes that impact our employees. She's spent the last several years collaboratively working with people analytics teams across many industries and geographies to design strategic plans and enablement approaches that have a positive impact on the businesses they serve. She currently leads the People Analytics Consulting and Workforce Planning practices at Visier where she and her team continue the mission to help customers unleash the power of people analytics.
Paul is responsible for the culture and talent that powers Visier’s innovation and growth. He leads an HR organization that emphasizes innovation in talent management, respect for organization science, effective use of people analytics and building an inclusive and diverse workplace.
Prior to joining Visier, Paul spent 20+ years consulting at the intersection of talent strategy, business strategy and HR function design, as well as being the business leader for consulting practices. He has advised clients on talent strategy, large-scale HR transformation/technology, M&A integration, shared services and change leadership. Prior to consulting he worked in the HR functions at HBO, Scholastic, and Hyatt Hotels.
Paul relocated from Brooklyn USA to Vancouver Canada where he lives with his husband and a very loyal standard poodle. He is a frequent podcast contributor on the topics of Diversity and Inclusion, creating a digital HR function and people analytics.
Nigel Stoodley, has over two decades of experience building teams that focus on customer success in the Business Intelligence industry. After starting his career as a Naval Officer in the Canadian Navy, Nigel discovered his love for software and data analysis. He joined his first software company in 1992. Since then Nigel has led teams at Crystal Decisions, Business Objects, SAP and Tableau Software. While at Tableau he served as the Senior Vice President of Customer Solutions since 2011. In this function he grew a small Seattle based team of 29 to a global team servicing customers in North and South America, Europe, Asia and Australia around the clock.
Nigel has deep experience in all aspects of a technology company’s operations having worked and led in finance, technical support, development, product management, sales, pre-sales, services, training and customer success. He is a strong advocate for the customer, and has always held that customer success and value are the measures of a company’s success, which is the key driver of long term success of technology companies.
Nigel lives in Vancouver, British Columbia, where he’s a father and husband. Nigel is passionate about helping the growth of the city as a technology hub in Canada and North America by helping foster locally managed and operated companies.
