Outsmart Local San Francisco FAQs 

When does the event take place?

Tuesday, November 1. The event will run from 8:30am-4:30pm PT.

Where is the event being hosted?

The Pearl, located at 601 19th St, San Francisco, CA 94107.

Is there a cost to register and attend the event?

The event is invite-only. There is no cost to attend!

Is parking available?

Yes, parking will be available at 901 Illinois Street.  Please go to the meter and select "Visier Outsmart Local" next enter the "code" sent in your reminder email. 

What is included with my registration?

All content for the day including keynotes, panels and networking opportunities. Your registration also includes breakfast, lunch and a special customized gift from our activation station.

Can I invite my colleague to attend?

This is an intimate, invite-only event. However, if you would like to invite a colleague to attend we encourage them to register. All registrations will be reviewed based on capacity.

Will the event be live streamed? 

The event will take place fully in person.

I am traveling from out of town. What is the closest airport?

SFO

Is the event SHRM Accredited?

There are 2 sessions that are SHRM accredited. Each session will be 1 credit.

What are the COVID protocols?

We will be following local CDC guidelines for events. Masks are currently optional for attendees. We will have hand sanitizer available.

I received a notification that my registration is being reviewed. What does that mean?

As we have limited space for the event all registrations are being reviewed. Once your registration has been reviewed you will either receive a confirmation or waitlist email with details on next steps.

What is the dress code?

Business casual. You will be in the event space for the full day, so wear something comfortable!

I am traveling from out of town. What hotel should I book?


We do not have an official room block for attendees. Here are some hotel recommendations if you would like to book on your own:

 

Hyatt Place San Francisco Downtown - 6 min drive
Luma Hotel San Francisco - 6 min drive
Palace Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, San Francisco - 10 min drive 
The Clancy, Autograph Collection - 9 min drive
