When does the event take place?

Tuesday, November 19. The event will run from 8am-4:30pm ET with a networking happy hour to follow from 5pm-7pm ET.

Can you tell us more about the event location and neighborhood?

Yes! The William Vale is a modern, luxurious, 5-star hotel in Brooklyn's Williamsburg neighborhood. Located minutes from the Williamsburg Bridge, the neighborhood is known for its vibrant art scene, skyline views, top-tier restaurants and walkable streets.

Where is the event being hosted?

The William Vale at 111 N 12th St, Brooklyn, NY 11249.

Is there a cost to register and attend the event?

There is no cost to attend Outsmart Local NYC!

Please note that if you would like to attend a pre-event Visier University training session, you must purchase a ticket HERE.

What is included with my Outsmart Local registration?

All content for the day including keynotes, panels and networking opportunities. Your registration also includes breakfast, lunch and a special customized gift from our activation station.

Can I invite my colleague to attend?

Yes! If you would like to invite a colleague to attend we encourage them to register. All registrations will be reviewed based on capacity.

I am traveling from out of town. What is the closest airport?

You can fly into JFK, LGA or Newark. LGA is only 20 minutes from the venue.

Will the event be live streamed?

The event will take place fully in person.

What is the dress code?

Business casual. You will be in the event space for the full day, so wear something comfortable!

Does the venue have parking?

Yes, complimentary valet parking will be available.

I am planning to take the subway. What stop is closest?

The Nassau G or the Bedford L.

I am traveling from out of town. What hotel should I book?

We do not have an official room block for attendees. Here are some hotel recommendations if you would like to book on your own:

If I register to attend Outsmart Local NYC am I automatically registered to attend a Visier University training?

No. If you plan to attend a Visier University training, you must purchase a ticket HERE.

I purchased a ticket for Visier University. When should I arrive?

Visier University sessions will begin with breakfast at 8am ET on Monday, November 18 at The William Vale. Training will begin at 9am ET and will end by 5pm ET.

Breakfast and lunch on Monday, November 18 are included in the cost of your ticket.

Does the cost of my Visier University ticket include a hotel?

No, the cost of hotel or travel is not included in Visier University or Outsmart Local NYC tickets.
